The staff was so nice and helpful and friendly I really enjoyed the food and the staff and I would be happy to come anytime

Very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. Not fancy, but the areas were very clean. In my room, the two beds were comfortable, the sheets were good and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good, and they have coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a small convenience store at the front desk to buy some essentials and snacks. There's a 24-hour Speedway right outside in the parking where you can get pizza, snacks, sandwiches for breakfast, dinner, and much more. The hotel's Wings restaurant is open in the evenings, but the menu and ambiance looked good, although I didn't visit it. Across the street is the Olympic Restaurant (brunch and all day meals). There's also a variety of restaurants along the avenue, and you can order Uber Eats. The 24 hrs. free shuttle service can take you to the bus stop located right at the airport. Very convenient if you're using Buffalo's public transportation to get to Downtown, the Mall, or Niagara Falls. The buses are very punctual.

Safe and quiet place

The city is older and had a good bit of homeless people around the property but everything else was great.

It’s not out of the ordinary but great location and great price. Some employees seem tired or not into customer service.
